As of 2014, NCMA completed updates to the association's policies.  NCMA's constitution, bylaws, executive board duties and responsibilities, policies for members in transition,  and code of ethics and enforcement are available in this combined document.

In addition, NCMA updated the association's Articles of Incorporation in 2014.
